Risktec Awarded Findcourses Customer Outreach Award
Risktec has been awarded findcourses.co.uk’s 2019 Customer Outreach Award Badge, beating over 200 other companies to the post when it came to training enquiry response times.
The Customer Outreach Award is only given to trusted training providers who meet customer expectations, which Risktec surpassed. According to findcourses’ most recent training buyer’s report, 39% of training buyers expect to be contacted in under 60 minutes when they put through a new enquiry. In 2017, findcourses reports that only 17% of training companies met that standard.

That’s why we do not include automated responses in our measurements – we require replies to be thoughtful, considered, but most of all – helpful.
